"This hotel is in the ideal location, in the City Center. Keeping in mind that can be a little noisy with the bustle of shoppers and the ringing of the church bells. We had a challenging time finding it because the entrance to the hotel is literally in the courtyard for the Juliette attraction. So it's quite busy during the day but in the evening you have the courtyard to yourself. This makes for beautiful pictures! The staff was amazing, the room was spacious (we had a suite) and beautiful....

"I was in the Romeo & Juliet apartment and didn’t see any staff. But that was not an issue. I had a taxi question and it was answered promptly. The two flights of stairs wasn’t an issue, just a bit of a surprise. Since I’m traveling for 2 months I had a very heavy bag. But I managed. The location was actually perfect. I loved being central to Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. Everything was walkable. My only negative would be the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The ceiling upstairs was so slanted I...

"We had a wonderful stay. Ivano and his team made us feel right at home and helped us with dinner reservations and taxis. Their location is ideal and perfect to see all the sights in Verona! I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. "

"This couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for our family while in Verona— the location is central, the property is beautiful, and the amenities like the Dyson hair dryer and smeg coffee machine were the cherry on top. Our balcony view was amazing— perfect morning coffee spot! "

"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

"I would give it a 4.6, but It was hard to find the reception desk because it was on the first floor which in Europe is actually the second floor and it’s a hotel in the sense that it rents rooms, but the building is mixed use, so it’s more like a pensione. It was otherwise great. Clean, updated rooms with cool artwork and the staff was very nice and helpful. "

Checking trains , booking the spa restaurant recommendations she is such a lovely lady . Apartment were so lovely spacious and clean we had an amazing view . Breakfast was delicious lots of variety and Anita in the breakfast room was so nice and pleasant always smiling and working so hard . Apartments close to everything perfect...
