"The only slight fault was the air conditioner was either very cold or we had to turn it off. However, everything else was perfect and we shall stay again on our return to Benidorm. "Hi Thank you for a lovely stay It’s very clean and staff is very polite 2 things to improve would be Better privacy blinds in bathroom and hallway - the hotel at back has always people on balcony watching people getting ready in your apartment ….. Microwave safe dishes to use in microwave The dishes aren’t safe to use , get too hot , not safe to handle and make crackling sound The plate heats before the food !! Thanks"
