A balcony window would'nt open the sidesofa bed was in poor condition. The front was broken and not repaired Damaged wall paintings...... Bed covers in serious need of refreshing"

10/10 Excellent
"Just returned to the UK from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Hotel was lovely, reception staff very pleasant and helpful. A very big thank you to the gentleman on reception last Friday October 2nd at 7AM. I think his name was Badoul, he was originally from Morocco. He went above and beyond in assisting us to get to the airport that morning when a taxi company let us down. Fantastic hotel, perfect location & very impressed by Badoul. A credit to the hotel."
