"The staff the person in the office when we arrived around 8:00 pm and didn’t wanted to help the what’s up number had a hard time communicating and once I communicated the person didn’t not speak English, it was a raft check in."

"The staff was amazing. The ladies helping were great! The food at the restaurant was amazing too but the servers were not attentive kinda rude dismissive. I asked for a dessert menu and she never came back to check what I wanted to order so we got tired of waiting to get her attention so we decided to just pay and leave. "Bellissima camera, vista lago stupenda"

There’s a restaurant on site as well. Being right next to the train station is a big plus, but trains are infrequent and there’s no elevator or escalator. And no direct service to the airport or to Milan. There’s not much to see in the town itself but it’s very close to Arona by train (four minutes). From Arona you can get...
