"I absolutely loved this hotel. Has a family run feel and an old fashioned (in the best way) charm. The concierge and his adorable assistant were just fantastic. Breakfast was unbelievable- everything you could want and so fresh and plentiful. Only there one night but we are definitely going back. Only downside was that the 40 euro set taxi fare to the ciampino airport (not sure about the other one) doesn’t apply as it’s ’out Of the centre’ so taxi ride was expensive- but that’s not the hotels...

"Family of 4. Room was very small. Shuttle service to the main city was a pain to get to and never used it. We had to take taxis every time. Pool was closed one day because of something with the chlorine. We came all the way back from the city center to go into the pool only to be told it was closed. This was beyond frustrating because once you’re back at the property it’s difficult/costly to just hop back into a taxi and head to city center. "Lovely clean and modern hotel - quite a way from the main sights so need transport. There is a shuttle but it’s €5 per person each way so for us as a family of four it worked out cheaper getting an uber. (One mistake I made was thinking this was complimentary but is worded as courtesy so expensive mistake for us - my bad) Pool area was lovely , just the indoor pool is restricted use only 10-12 for children which was fine. Breakfast plentiful - would say it’s more of a couples / adults hotel...
