"Breakfast looked delicious. The hotel did have a problem with mosquitos which was being fixed a few days after we left, everyone in my family received mosquito bites while at the hotel. Rooms are located on the fifth floor with a small elevator. The pillows felt flat and not supportive. The staff was nice and spoke English. The best part was the central location. "

"The staff was amazing! They worked with us through a 24+ hour airline delay and multiple obstacles to us arriving. Alessia and the rest of the staff are the absolute best. No question. "

"Staff here was so friendly. The room was very clean, and had ample space. The breakfast was nice; we stayed 3 nights, but only had breakfast once due to early morning tours. The area felt safe overall. My only complaint is the walls were paper thin. We were able to hear what phone videos the person next door was playing, his phone conversation with his mom, toilet flushing, etc, but he wasn't being loud or rowdy."

"The hotel is in an amazing location. Lots of great restaurants and walking distance to many big attractions. The room was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. 20 min walk from Termini train station, with luggage. I would definitely stay here again. "
