She lives on the same floor as the apartments she rents so is easily accessible if needed. It felt very secure. "We had a very lovely 3-night stay at Augustana House April 18-21. The receptionist was fantastic and showed us two rooms to choose from, one having a balcony that overlooked the river. "They were so helpful with keeping us informed of the pre-reserved car pickup from the airport to helping us with our luggage as we departed. The room is quiet, great location within walking distance of the colosseum and many other places. The bed was fine, could have used another pillow or two, but we managed to. "Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."
