"I don’t write negative reviews often but this stay really stood out in a negative way and I want to warn others. The room itself was big, beds comfortable enough, and there was a safe (that didn’t work). The sheets were clean but the comforters were not. The room was clean but in the bathroom I could see foot prints on the floor. "Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. They are super attentive and make sure no glasses or bottles are left on tables. They will even take your drinks to your seat. And the smile of everyone as well when you order a drink and ask...

"Property accommodation not what we thought we had booked information on expedia quite misleading The property was in a good position for the city centre and also easy to get to the beach gave a lower score than i would normally, as allthough we stopped for 5 days no one came to clean the room or change towels not sure as to what the rules for cleaning were as we were not any information on check in or any instructions in the room"
