"The staff were very attentive. The hotel is located at a quiet street which I like, quiet but not like in a dark alley or on a scary street. It is a safe neighbourhood and there is bus stop and tram stop nearby.The room and bathroom were spacious compared to most hotels I have stayed in Europe"

"What's not to like about staying in a medieval Italian Castle? Great views of Florence from the two rooms we stayed in. There is plenty of parking for your car and its a five minute drive to Florence. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and filling for a day out on the town. "Strictly spoken not too much equipment to cook, but I was in no need of that. Big supermarket nearby. Not too many restaurants in vicinity of the place, but on the other side quit place and superb backyard. I will for sure come back"
