"I can not rate this hotel any higher. It was amazing. Tony greeted us when we arrived and he was amazing. The best we had during our stay. The breakfast was amazing, the room was wonderful, the position perfect as a little away from the rat race of the day but with a lovely area to sit and relax outside and watch the world go by. Highly recommend. "

"The property was in a perfectly located for us! It was a short walk from the Arsenale vaporetto stop and only a bit further to Piazza San Marco. Located away from the crowds, we were able to enjoy great restaurants and the fantastic views of the water easily. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. There were no outlets near the bed, and as I sleep with a cpap, the staff were very accommodating when we asked to borrow an extension cord. Only downside was that the shower in our room was very...

"I've stayed in Venice quite a few times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The area is lovely where visitors mix with locals and enjoy very good food. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is excellent, considering it's size, and the ladies who look after it are welcoming. "Une semaine à Venise , super emplacement au calme tout ce qu’il fait autour, extra"

"We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. "
