"During my stay, a member of the cleaning staff iron my dress because hitel doesn't provide iron due to ':safety reasons " Unfortunately, they severely damaged the garment while pressing it. When I brought this issue to management's attention, they were dismissive refused to offer fair compensation for the ruined dress. The lack of professionalism and total disregard for guests' personal property is completely unacceptable. I would warn future guests to be extremely cautious about letting staff...

"Parcheggio esterno recintato, spazioso e gratuito. Ristorante Il Tortellino adiacente, gestito dalla stessa proprietà e molto buono come menù locale e prezzi modici."

"Besides the five stars I gave for cleanliness, friendly staff, and free parking, the continental breakfast was substantial and of excellent quality. The reservation we had made at a different hotel had fallen apart and we found this one on Expedia. We arrived around 10:40 pm well after the other guests had. "The Hotel Touring is perfectly located near the Este Castle and museums. The building is recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is excellent. Above all, the staff was congenial and always helpful."

"This is such a lovely spot. The location is convenient to food and attractions and the manager is incredibly nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, nice garden though it stormed when I was there so I didn’t really use it. Would definitely visit Ferrara and stay at this locanda again."

"Staff at the desk very kind, perfect locatio, just in front of the station and 10 minutes walking from the historical center."

"Great location. Right next to the castle. Staff are super helpful."
