Simply fantastic! We found this converted monastery by accident. The building is beautiful, as are the gardens and surroundings. Very tranquil and peaceful. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was excellent. The breakfast was one of the best I have eaten! Special mention to the "savory monk's cake" - delicious! My only small complaint is that the rooms are not exactly soundproof. But I can live with that, the rest is just wonderful.

Dream first Italy stop!

We enjoyed 4 wonderful days and loved every minute. The staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. Initially we had only booked 3 nights but loved it so much that decided to add one more night. The location also allowed us to visit other parts of the region like Pisa, Florence, and Siena. Having breakfast included and on site parking was the icing on this stay!!

Just a gorgeous restored historic property. The grounds are beautiful and amazing. While the rooms lack the latest/modern amenities (including AC), they make up for it with loads of character and charm and were perfect for our adult family of 4.
