Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working.

This was an ok hotel. It didn’t feel 4*. Odd outdated rules on swimming caps with their extortionate charge to purchase them felt quite mean. Kids entertainment was decent. We’ll set up for access to Gardaland parks

Not what we expected, we thougt it was for all kids and not only for Italian birtday children. Swimming area does not have even a one small slider. The restaurant there is not good for my standard and you have to have a car becouse there is no other restaurant in the area.

For a traveller without a car the location is difficult. Shuffle bus is the only option with taxi, but the bus takes a lot of time even for a couple kilometres journey because of bad logistics. At the hotel all food and drinks are super expensive and it is almost impossible to eat healthy. There are no food stores close. A bottle of water is 4 euros and a glass of juice is 5 euros. I was also dissapointed with the pool. There are only two pools: 150cm that is too much for a kid who cant swim yet or an short adult to accompany that child and 60 cm pool that is mainly for the little ones. There should be something in between for everyone to enjoy safely. Also the mandatory swimming cap is a weird rule - take your own because it is expensive there to buy. The customer service in the bar was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for bread. After complaining, they promised to compensate but I never got anything. Hotel was clean and safe though and the yeard was nice.

The hotel is very nice, despite the hail damage and the current construction site, the Gardaland feeling is not lost. The room is spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom and bathtub. We had a first floor room with mini terrace, which was unfortunately closed off by a construction fence to the meadow due to the construction measures. The area is large and you can look at the other hotels on the resort and endcken some. The parking lot is very large and you can park there easily and barrier-free. The self-check in is done virtually and worked smoothly and super fast. The staff on site are very courteous and helpful. The transfer to Gardaland and back is fast and uncomplicated, of course, the bus is quite full in the morning, because everyone wants to go to the park and with strollers you should be in time at the bus station to get on the bus. In the resort are also everywhere drink machines (not very cheap) around, where you can buy cold drinks. We had booked the hotel also because of the pool, which unfortunately can only be used with a bathing cap that costs 7€ per piece. Since this was not known to us in advance and you have to search a bit on the hotel page to find this point, the disappointment was of course very large, who likes to wear a (expensive) bathing cap in a pool. The bathing cap obligation I find terrible and also no longer contemporary and would be happy if the hotel adjusts this accordingly, as it would have been a relaxing cool down on hot days. Neverthel

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the swimming pool was not open all day and as we were there for one night that was very disappointing . Especially as no mention of this was made at reception the morning as we checked in. The children's playgrounds (3) were also very basic and not much for a 4 year to do when the pool was closed!

everything was very good but to be a 4 star hotel there should be conditioner and a better hair dryer. cheaper hotels have better quality hair dryers and conditioners on the room , but beside that everything was very very good

Amazing food quality and service

I want to call out the food quality and taste. The buffet variety was incredible and the food prepared with high quality, fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the cold temperature in the room. The reception provided us with a heater and that greatly helped to make our stay more comfortable.
