"This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a "hotel" that has no one onsite. While...

"Surpreendido pela positiva com o alojamento. Têm todo o predio e fizeram uma remodelação com muita qualidade. Muito confortável.
A localização é calma (com estacionamento no bairro) tirando agrupamentos de miudos nos fins de semana mas parece que é uma zona premium. Walking distance para o centro."

O flat é extremamente bem localizado, muito próximo às Setas de Sevilha, sendo possível inclusive visualizá-las diretamente da sacada e do terraço do apartamento, o que é um grande diferencial.
O apartamento estava em excelente estado, muito organizado e bem equipado, com diversos utensílios, incluindo máquina de lavar roupa — algo bastante útil para quem está em uma viagem mais longa, pois permite lavar roupas sem perder tempo com lavanderias externas.
Não utilizamos o serviço de café da...
