"The extra fees added an additional 400 to the total making it a bit over priced. Staff was friendly and efficient. Other people staying at the hotel very loud could hear them down stairs and in hallways. Once in room it was quiet"

"We are very pleased with our stay, i was looking for a hotel that accept pets and this is the place (I've two dogs) at no extra cost!, the room was very spacious, super clean, full kitchen, nice bathroom, King bed and the mattress is very comfortable. The beach is just a few steps away...and pets are allowed! on leash of course. Nicole was very nice and answered all my questions. I loved the place and for sure will come back."

"Breakfast was horrible scrambled eggs everyday toaster didn’t work. Cereal no bowls available. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. They advertised a hot breakfast. We never saw anyone else come in for breakfast. Expedia messed up our reservations. We stayed because it was convenient for where we needed to be."

"Musty, mildewy smell. Everything felt wet. Air conditioner was excessively loud and leaked. Shower water was too cool. Shower curtain didn’t cover entire shower. Curtains didn’t close all the way (too bright). Shear curtain was ripped and tied in a knot. Furniture was scratched up. Flooring was mismatched color. Rust and mold in the lamp shades. Side that should be key activated was always open. It was just gross"

"The elevator is to slow and no air conditioner they don’t offer breakfast, difficult to connect to there WiFi. The staff was very friendly and great."

"We love staying at the Lani Kai. We’ve been staying there for years, and we are so happy they are fully functioning again. The restaurants are all amazing. The rooms are very spacious. And the views from the balcony are breathtaking!! We look forward to our next stay. Hopefully for July 4th weekend."

"The office staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Beautiful pool. Upper Deck Bar with entertainment was a lot of fun. Below the Upper Deck Bar is a great restaurant right on the water with all glass windows for a great view. The food was excellent and the manager and all of his staff treated us great. Will definitely return for another stay and support the on property Bar and excellent restaurant."

The resort perfectly captures the laid-back island vibe while still feeling upscale, modern, and luxurious. "The bathroom was poorly maintained, the sink was clogged, and the noise was very annoying. The terrace was right above the tiki bar, and the breakfast service included items different from what I ordered. They gave room keys to other people who entered while we were resting, which was a big mistake."
