"Noisy rooms and even when i told them i gouldnt sleep they just basically shrugged it off. The restaurant closed when it was supposed to be open for breakfast because of staffing issues. So yes, it was nice but the staff not so much....and the staff leaves at night so theres no one there after 8 ..."

"The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We happened to arrive on the weekend that wildfires broke out in the area. The staff did their best to keep us updated and were very kind. Although we had to cut our trip short due to the fires, we will definitely go back to Superior Shores if ..."
