"Our room with the Danube view delivered breathtaking panoramas of the river, Parliament Building, and Chain Bridge. Watching the city light up at night from the large windows was pure magic.
The location in the Castle District, right next to Matthias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion, is perfect. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceptional.
Highly recommend booking a Danube-view room… it made our trip truly special. We can’t wait to...

"The location of the property was excellent. The check in staff was great.
The housekeeping staff needs some improvement. The bed was barely made. I could have pulled up the sheets myself with the way it was left. And only once in a 4 night stay was one shower towel replaced. It would be great having hand towels changed daily with October usually being the start of cold and flu season. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned that whole time either."

"Everything about our stay was lovely. The room was gorgeous, the bed really comfy, the view of the Danube and autumnal trees was beautiful and the shower was great. Real coffee and being able to play music from our phones over the TV speakers were an extra bonus.
We thought we might try and save money by breakfasting elsewhere but changed our minds after trying it on our first day. It was delicious and good value when you add up all the extras that were involved."

"Good room with clean comfortable bed. Bathroom had a good shower. There was a tv in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but I was able to buy it at the bar and take back to the room in a takeaway cup. There was also a free drinking water machine on the floor and a vending machine with drinks and snacks, if you wanted them. Just behind the hotel is a small supermarket too. There was a noisy school party on my room which disturbed me the first couple of...

"The property is situated a fair walk from the main city sites. Interestingly I was treated differently to other guests that I observed, perhaps due to travelling with two small children.
Rooms were serviced daily, although both days my used coffee cup still had residue of coffee that hadn’t been cleaned around the edges.
I opted for the al Le carte menu for breakfast as my children don’t require a full
Buffet option- again, we were left waiting for our plates to be cleared away and I took a...

"Very cool place to stay! It is across river from the parliament and right beside beautiful bridge- stunning views at night. We had a room with 2 twins and riverview. The only place to plug in items is up high behind the TV so not very easy to use. Ship is old and top deck would be amazing to hang out on but is in disrepair. Otherwise ship is good. Beds ok but pillows were horrible. Included breakfast is nice and the breakfast staff is very sweet. AND ramp to get to boat IS VERY STEEP because...
