"Positives: 10 minutes to Lake Louise Ski Resort, Timberwolf Pizza was incredible Ski Tuning room was nicely set up with tubing vices, Pool was great. Negatives: Standard room does not have a fridge or microwave. I can live without a microwave but a frodge is very important to me. Numerous other guests had their milk sitting outside of their rooms to keep cool. Had we known there would be no fridge, we would have brought a cooler (instead of a cooler bag that we filled with ice and set in the bathtub). If I stay there again, I will spring for a suite."

"This hotel is so beautiful, it’s very clean, smells new, the hallways are bright, you don’t have to walk in outside walkways to get to the hot pools, the hot pools are great except on weekends they get super crowded and it’s salt water so it dries your skin out QUICK! such a beautiful view though, everywhere you look. Only complaint is the air conditioner is in the window and blows directly at the person sleeping on that side of the bed, makes for a freezing night. The little vet barely moves to direct the air elsewhere. "

"Great area to vacation. I can’t recommend Banff enough. The Caribou Lodge was good overall. The Keg in the Lodge was amazing. Unfortunately the suite, for which we paid extra, had several maintenance deficiencies that soured our experience. Upon checkout, the staff didn’t bother to ask about our experience or I would have let them know our concerns. Will likely stay elsewhere on our next visit. "
