"I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’. Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

They were very warm and friendly and offered great recommendations for things to do around the area. The view from this hotel is one of the best views I have ever seen and the pool was in pristine condition. Location is great being so close to one of the famous beaches. "De accommodatie is prima, diverse losse gebouwtjes met een mooi groot zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. bij de poolbar zijn ook diverse snacks, kleine maaltijden te verkrijgen."

"It was a wrong decision to choose this terrible hotel, staff have bad hospitality we were trying to avoid asking anything especially the old guy, he showed very bad attitude, breakfast is very poor, bad taste and very bad quality. Location is very far from the center and the town you must have a car, it's close to a nice beach but Kos has great beaches everywhere. Room cleanliness was less then average, they provide only 2 towels and 1 bath mat, no aminities at all (soap, shower gel, shampoo..)...

"Das Badezimmer war für eine Suite eine Frechheit. Es gab lediglich ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC, jedoch ohne Duschwand. Nach dem Duschen war das ganze WC nass. Der Whirlpool war dreckig und zunächst defekt."
