"Struttura molto accogliente, ci ha accolti all'ultimo minuto in seguito ad una disavventura con la prenotazione in un'altra struttura. La struttura è ben tenuta, c'è un area comune con divanetti e sdraio dove si può prendere il sole, poi c'è un altra area comune con tavoli in cui si può mangiare all'aperto. C'è una piscina e anche un bel parco dove passeggiare oppure fare perché no un pic-nic. La piscina al ns arrivo purtroppo non era disponibile per manutenzione, ma questo non ha...

Gianfranco was a great host, he’s easy to communicate with, very attentive, and made sure we’re comfortable. His property was clean, spacious and safe. "Let's start with the pros: This property is a ~5 minute walk from the Arezzo train station, so it is potentially very convenient to use if you are visiting other towns by train each day. The place was adequately cleaned and maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As mentioned by others, the AC worked well in our unit, even though it blew directly on our faces as we slept (not comfortable). Breakfast was ok considering the price, and they had some light kitchen facilities...
