"The staff were nice. Breakfast was ok, not great. Pool was well maintained. Rooms were clean, tha air conditioning was set to 45 degrees so the room was pretty cold when we got there. But that was likely set by previous occupant. The only complaint is the 15$ parking fee. Am I supposed to park at the mall across the street? Include the parking in the room price instead of using hidden fees."

"The front desk is racist. He directly told us I don’t like your face, get out of here. He said that to me in front of my little kid. He asked us to get out of the hotel at 3am, and we even have a fully paid room for 2 nights. It’s a traumatic experience for my son. After I beg since it’s 3am and I have my little one with me, he gave us a room but the AC is not working at all. During our whole stay. I did ask them to change our room, but they refused. Worst ever."

"We stayed over the 4th of July visiting family.
Upon check-in we were greeted by Terrance who quickly became my favorite employee.
He was informative, friendly, funny and quickly cared for our requests for additional towels, pillows and other needs we had. We had a few conversations about places to eat, shop etc.
The hotel service staff was supposed to refresh our room every other day and did so once in our 5 day stay but I did leave the do not disturb sign out so it is just as likely my...

"Pool was under maintenance. One elevator down for maintenance. No ice machines in the building worked. Slim pickings for breakfasts. Rooms not fully stocked for visitors,...examples were towels, soap and toilet paper.
This is prime location for travelers in the Parker, CO area. It looks really nice but lacks some quality.
This is our 2nd time visiting in 2 years and it definitely slipped from a year ago."
