"The staff had my name in the system wrong and over charged my husband card. After me and him went down to talk to the manger Regina , she swore we wouldn’t be charge extra fees but we were. At one point she didn’t even want to come out and speak my husband on the behave of their mistake. Instead she told us to send picture of receipt to our bank to get the extra charges off instead of just refunding us. The hotel itself was nice and convenient by the airport if you have early or late flight but...

"Apparently it use to be a Motel 6 & is in the process of being remodeled &/or redecorated. One of the packages of soap had the Motel 6 emblem on it, while another had the Quality Inn Symbol. But the hotel & room did seem pretty clean, considering. The beds were comfortable & the room was quiet. (Don't be surprised by the $8 per day parking fee… even if you’re just staying the night)."

"The room was clean, well kept and spacious. The furniture was a little dated but it was okay. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and close. The free breakfast consisted of sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, toast pastries, yogurt, orange juice and coffee. Nice variety and lots of it. All in all, great stay for the price."

"This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas.
Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice.
We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent.
Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas.
Overall great experience.,"
