Saint Lucia only gained independence 40 years ago and this year marks the anniversary of their independence from the French and British. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The front desk, housekeeping and service staff were very friendly and helpful, which we found of all St. Lucians we met. The restaurants within the hotel provided excellent food, the Saturday barbecue was incredible.
