"The hotel staff were very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a typhoon, but the staff were very caring and helpful, making sure we had transportation arranged to get off of the island. Convenient location close to many restaurants."

"A very modern resort but rather lacking in character and charm. There are not a lot to do in the resort and the restaurants are OK. Has its own beach but is a long walk from the town centre and other attractions."
Cat Ba Serena Homestay And Swimming Pool

"Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing spring rolls, fried rice , and slow cooked pork and eggs. Thank you so much Linda and staff at Cat Ba Serena for making our stay so memorable!"

"We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach"
