"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

She will do whatever she can to make you feel welcome and ensure that your stay is amazing. We got complementary coffee every morning and we were able to have a taxi called for us whenever we needed one. The only downside was that the shower was limited in space.
