"Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, notwendige Reparaturen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Insgesamt macht es einen schmuddeligen Eindruck, das Zimmer allerdings war sauber. Der TV war vorhanden, ging aber nicht. Der Pool wurde während unserer Anwesenheit von niemandem genutzt, wir hatten auch kein Verlangen ihn zu nutzen.Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. "Casa is the best place to stay in the DR, very private and secure. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible. Golf is great, but so are the beach, pools, and restaurants. All inclusive is the best way to go."

"No one on staff spoke English. The hotel is very dated and unkempt. There were several power outages in the 16 hours we were there."

"This is the 4th time we stay we loved it the first few times but it seems now they are renovating some things . Some amenities like some pools and areas will be closed least in our time there . Food prices increased. Service is still pretty good . Luxury 3 villa lacked of comforters not a big deals but they only provided some throw blankets that were still too small for the beds . Over all we would come back."

"The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The apartment had two rooms and was clean. The water came with a weird smell, but for a day was perfect. The location is great right on the beginning of bayahibe."

"The area looked beautiful in photos but it really was not feeling safe. We had an overnight before cruise and mainly just stayed in the room. The beach was lovely but we didn’t feel comfortable eating anywhere near this small hotel no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs to higher floors. No where close to get a coffee in the morning."

"The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. However, the check-in process took far too long (nearly two hours). For an all-inclusive resort, I expected more activities and better room service options. While the amenities were decent, there is definitely room for improvement in those areas. One of my biggest concerns was the number of cats roaming freely around the property, particularly near the dining areas. Guests were feeding the cats...

"Our didn’t get off to a good start. The hotel over booked and they had no suites for our family of five. They gave us two rooms next to one another that did not connect. It’s was like we were on two separate vacations. We finally got the room we paid for on the third day of our seven day trip. Most of the staff were courteous and polite. The food was decent enough.
