"The apartment was not ready at the time of checking in. Once we checked in, we learned that the air conditioner was not working and the ceiling fan in one of the rooms was broken. It’s a pity the staff failed to check these important details prior. We were able to move to another unit that was available thanks to Elton the property rep being on site. The downside of this location would be that since they do not have any onsite staff/ reception, any issues with the apartment will have to wait...

"ホテルがわかりにくく､かなり時間ロスした。 鍵をもらうのに連絡がとれず､同じアパートの人に助けられて､やっと部屋に入ることができました。スーツケースを預けることが出来ず､スーツケースを持ったままグエル公園に行くはめになりました。 部屋はキレイで冷蔵庫も大きく､洗濯機もあったので助かった。ただ､タオル交換､清掃を毎日行われなかったので､困りました。 これから行く人､気をつけてください。 "
