"We adored Blanc guesthouse! The staff was so kind and welcoming. Great AC, fabulous breakfast included and a patio to eat it on. Near big grocery store but not right in the tourist chaos. We could hear a night club but it didn’t significantly take away from our stay. Able to walk to most things but expect about 1-1.5 hr to walk to beach and/or Sagrada etc. Loved! Have already recommended for budget travelers that want a nice place with kind people!"

"I was locked out of the room, the password they gave would not work, i texted them at 1:30 am and did not get a text back on how to get into the room till 8am . Had to sleep in my car. They would not give me a refund. they wouldn't even speak to me. the shades in the room from the outside you can see they were all broken. Oscar was amazing, registering us, settling us in in a sitting area and even preparing coffee for us until our room was ready (early!) "First of all, the overall experience was bad. They had given me instructions to call a number for someone to open the door after hours and that didn't happen. The taxi charged us double to return us, a family of 4 including 2 kids, to the airport at 4am to we wouldn't be on the street. Then another taxi and another hourly hotel to rest until they open and we could check in. total of over 400 euros extra expenses due to the bad communication from the staff.
