"I would highly recommend this place.
It is near the heart of activity in the historic area. This gives you easy access to not only the Cathedral of Saint Agatha and other nearby landmarks, but also great restaurants and bistros.
The streets are a little rough but I always felt safe.
The elevator became a little comical with guests forgetting to shut both sets of doors upon exiting. We heard people on floor 2 discussing whether to intentionally leave the doors open. Thankfully they did...

"I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I arrived very late in the morning, but they still allowed me to check in without any issues, which I really appreciated after a long journey.
There are plenty of shops nearby, making it convenient to pick up essentials or explore the area. The staff also provided useful maps and guidance about nearby places, which made getting around much easier.

"The host provided clear communication and the facilities were great. We had believed the property would not have an elevator but we were pleased to discover it did. Maybe it was recently installed?
The property is in a great location with many major landmarks and restaurants within walking distance. Within a couple of blocks, up the hill is the botanical garden and down the hill is the Bellini Clock Garden.
Linens and bedding were clean and comfortable.
We didn't have a car at the time...

"Property was centrally located, walking distance to bus and train stations. Nice easy walk to the tourist district, duomo, markets and more. Lots of interesting restaurants close by. Ribella and her staff were very pleasant and helpful.
OttoMood was extremely clean and my room was very spacious. It was helpful having breakfast each morning as you could enjoy a relaxing time arranging your day instead of rushing out to try and find somewhere to eat.
