"We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. "Yep there are trains running all the time like other reviewers stated. I left a 5 star review because of the price. I got 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room for less than $200 bucks. Most places had only double beds. The beds were very comfortable. I never saw the pool or hot tub so can’t comment on them. It’s 16 min to cedar point so very convenient for our trip. Staff was very nice. Also a 12 o’clock check out was Awesome since we didn’t leave cedar point until 12 am. Would...
