If you go to bed early then request that they don't give you any rooms near the harbor house restaurant and bar. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the entertainment at the Harbor House Restaurant.

The hotel is in a great location and is within walking distance of a few restaurants. It is a nice walk to the park and the pier and we very much enjoyed watching the boats coming down the canal from our room. If staying, we would definitely recommend reserving a riverview room. This was not the cleanest hotel. There was an overflowing trash can when we first checked in that was very unpleasant and seemed to have been sitting for awhile. The smudged windows and other small items that we could see left us wondering how clean everything else was (the things you cannot see). Overall, the staff was very helpful and polite and we appreciated the location of the property!!

Very nice location, breakfast room was a little tight but women running it very helpful. Liked the outdoor terrrace attached to hotel and Harbor house with view of the river. All in all suited our needs and the bed was super comfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious. I ate in the breakfast area once. Food was very good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal and fruit. I door poor. Outdoor area to sit, relax, eat, drink and watch the boat traffic. Marina next door. Several restaurants within walking distance with outdoor space available. Ice cream trailer with great outdoor space within walking distance as well. Great hotel!
