"Staff was very nice but she was wearing pajamas. Room was horrifying-like something from the 50s. NEVER AGAIN. The motel needs to be knocked down."

"This is a family run Motel (new owners ) conveniently located close to Provincial parks and lakes. Everyone was friendly and very welcoming. We stopped by early to see if we could possibly check in early. Malik and his family were very accommodating and went out of their way to make this happen for us. "very steep stairs leading to rooms. Property is showing signs of wear and tear. We received emails regarding questions of access and connection to after-hours staff after we left!!! The room was clean and well stocked but showed its age. there is a much better option 10 minutes up the road for almost half the price. There are no extra amenities to speak of . Basically, there are only 2 options within the village and thus, this one is overpriced. Stay in Haliburton or Bracebridge instead."
