"I stayed in a king room and there is no real bathroom counter to speak of. There is just a 3-inch wide shelf that runs the width of the wall along the sink mirror. While the location of the hotel is good, the room is vastly overpriced for what you get. Also I needed to checked out a a whole day early (I had paid for a 7 night stay) and they would not offer any refund."

"Step back in time. Hotel is worth the stay. Only down side for me is they allow pets. Floors are hardwood so no worries about having a pet smell in the room. Would be 5 stars if not for allowing pets."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"The room is clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We’re on the second floor to start with, after a hour, non stop banging noises from the floor above made us feel so annoying. We asked the front desk to check but were told that they didn’t hear anything. We requested for a room change, even though the hotel was quite full, the front desk staff was able to change the room for us. We got a quiet room and good stay on the fourth floor."

"Solid location and walkable to all of the downtown highlights. Staff was super nice and free parking was a great perk. Property is up and coming, but still has a way to go. If you’re not expecting luxury, this place should suit your needs just fine!"

"My daughters room hadd a broken air conditioner one night. The night staff said there was on one to fix it and didn't offer another room. The morning staff compensated the charge for that night."

"The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing.
