"The staff was very helpful during our stay. Gave an excellent recommendation for a place to eat while staying"

"The property was very well maintained with all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the pool area and the very comfy bed. The accommodations were clean and very well appointed."

"Very nice rooms"

"This property is in flux between management companies. Twice maintance had to come. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms getting renovated, and trucks! Dark, dingy, in need of updating. Could go on, but to much to list. Not enough other places to upgrade."

"Super friendly and accommodating team! Property is well maintained and offers a good breakfast."

"Clean, spacious room, satisfactory breakfast with helpful staff. Only complaint might be the noise from big rigs, but that goes along with convenient location for off/on freeway. Overall, good stay."

"Loved this hotel, everything was so amazing and so clean. The room was perfect as well as the pools. Check in was great and staff was amazing everyone was so helpful and nice. Love the big pool it had a giant screen tv and my husband got to enjoy a football game. 10000% recommend booking here."

"I was given the keys to a room that had none of the amenities that I had reserved and paid for on line. I contacted the desk clerk on duty about my concerns he was rude, told me that he had no other rooms and that he "just worked there". and I could talk to the manager in the morning because he couldn't do anything about the situation. I preparded myself to start to search for other lodgins. I called the person who had referred me and had recommended that I stay there. He was appalled about...

"Fantastic place to stay clean duper nice staff great amenities"

"I loved everything about this place! The retro lobby & the staff were very inviting. We had a big room with a full-size fridge & a little kitchen. No real view but the rooms were bright & cheerful. Lots of decoration details you don't see at most places. The pool was the highlight! A great mountain view, lots of trees & a great playlist of music to keep the atmosphere friendly. I'd go back in a second!!!"

"Descanso is a wonderful, clothing-optional resort in Palm Springs. Breakfast and lunch are included daily, and the staff could not be more gracious or accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beatiful property great views. Staff was excellent."

"Linda was great, checked on us prior to check in, making sure we were accommodated if being late for check in, felt very personalized. The retro decor made us feel like we were on the set of "Mad Men", its meticulously maintained, its movie star quality."

"We were able to check in early and our room was very surprisingly beautiful and inviting! Love that!"
