"Over charged. When we checked in we requested the 2 room reservation be split. They charged the other couple traveling with us $142.14 but i was changed $350.31. Ive opened 3 incident tickets with no response. So that forced me to dispute the charges via my credit card. For the hotel it is old needs ..."
