"There was no one to greet me, tell me where to park, or which entrance to use. There was literally no one in the building. I did receive a text giving me door codes and which room I was assigned to. "

"Loved the individual cottages and bar/restaurant on property. Our cottage was super clean but in need of new mattress in master. The views from porch were awesome and we enjoyed a walk down to lake and the trail up and around the property. The drive to downtown and national park is only 10 minutes. Great stay!"

"Hotel in terrible condition and location was sketchy. One bath towel in bathroom and king size bed had three tiny pillows. Would not stay at this hotel again and really didn’t want to stay that night but we had already paid and were traveling. Description said it was right off 81 but you had to drive several miles through city to get to hotel. That usually wouldn’t have been a problem but we were towing a trailer and would have liked something closer to the highway. "

"It could be kept up in room better the floor was dirty trash left behind bresser and on floor in bathrooms. The pool need sweeping there are rocks and debris in it but water was salt water vending machines where empty butneeded a place to rest and served that purpose "

"Toilet seat was loose. Not to worry I tightened it. Funny cuz it seems to be a thing in all most every hotel I go to stay at. I started carrying screw drivers. Property seems to be in the not so greatest of locations, with a lot of different types of people running around after dark. Out side around the adjacent property.But I did feel secure in the hotel. they have many cameras. I was a little concerned about our motorcycles but everything was well. Absolutely a great staff. "The property was clean. Staff ensuring safety. June, the roof top bartender was great. Breakfast was great. I was a little concerned about the charge for damages incase they ocurred. The room,while beautiful, the carpet was stained, and the iron had burned marks. (The iron was fine I tested on a t-shirt prior to using). I was concerned of being charged for prior damages. (I havent checked yet on charges) Wifi a little in and out. But, allin all, excellent and I highly recommend."
