"Close to excellent. Stayed for a week. Just fell short on a few details. One, the balcony door on the shared balcony (room 302) does not lock, posing a safety issue. Two, the restaurant food is just a little short here and there. Tried it twice to verify. The shower pressure is excellent, as are the toiletries. However, the lighting is lacking. Hard to shave, etc. Maid service was excellent. Pool is tiny. Location is great."

"The resort was very very nice. Ideally if you want to stay at the resort for your stay expect to be at the resort for your trip. Not much to do in the evenings so be prepared to venture off the resort. Staff was great, food was fine, and would stay there again."

Overall for the prize and location the hotel met my needs. The only recommendation is that the bar get a better mixologist. The drinks were below par. The last time I was at the hotel in 2018 the bartender was exceptional in mixing drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic. As a result I had to find a nearby restaurant or bar to get...

"A un costado del hotel hay un bar y hacen muchísimo ruido en la noche, es difícil poder descansar, en mi habitación no hicieron limpieza y tampoco encontré a nadie en recepción el día sábado"
