"This is DEFINITELY NOT a four star - the first night of arrival we were late getting in and the first impression was grim. Front desk was nice enough but it was not a feel good feeling overall. Furniture in the guest area was stained- we got to our room and it was dark and honestly gave me an anxiety attack- felt like a chalk outline should have been on the floor. "Fantastic location. Lobby is in good condition. The room I was given ( even as a platinum elite Bonvoy member) was quite dated especially in the bathroom. Staff was helpful. "

"Breakfast was good and included. The staff was nice. Very nice beach view. Clean room. The A/C could use an upgrade. But depending on if you go in April. Leaving the patio doors open does cool the room down very well. "

" Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them). The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott...

"Great location and value for money. Bathroom shower very basic and not great. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished but should have been so a little frustrating. But overall a great stay and would go back. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t review the food. Has 3 comfortable nights there. "

"Das Hotel liegt ideal um Nizza zu erkunden. Sehr schönes uns besonders helles Zimmer im 6. Obergeschoss. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf Nizza. Das Frühstück war super, lediglich Fisch hat gefehlt. Das WiFi war leider ein wenig schwach. Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip!"

"Room was clean but on the small side. Housekeeping didn't remove used coffee cups nor provide replacement coffee pods, which was odd. Staff was very helpful and recommended several excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was standard but good and Honesty bar was a nice way to have access to after hours coffee and wine."

"L'hôtel est très bien situé entre le Negresco et le Palais de la Méditerranée à environ 200m de la promenade des Anglais. Nous avions pris la chambre Deluxe de 21m2 au 3ème étage qui était trés confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires : cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, frigo, climatisation, Tv...Salle de bain avec douche et wc (un peu petite). Point négatif ; l'insonnorisation de l'hôtel malgré les fenêtres à double vitrage c'est un peu bruyant. A noter que nous avons eu un accueil...

"Beautifully decorated throughout. Staff across the whole hotel incredibly friendly and helpful, which ensures the delivery of a fantastic overall guest experience. Less than 1 minute to the beach and 20 minute walk to old town. Would highly recommend for anyone on a city break to Cannes"
