"I pulled up to the facility and it was a horrible sight. Run down, dark and tattered, horrible. Office was closed after I had recently confirmed our check in arrival. Then a scary man came next to my car on his bike and stared at my kids and I until we pulled off and went to find immediate alternatives for our trip. "

"After a horrible experience with the hotel in Louisville Kentucky that i had reservations with to stay for a concert .. it got double booked so my kids and I were stuck at 2am with nothing available in the area. I found this place and the reservation clerk was THE KINDEST AND MADE THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE NIGHT ALOT BETTER!
Room was aged but when you’re treated like he treated us, it really made up for it!"

"Very bad breakfast. No toasts, no bagels, only wafles. No eggs, no warm food. Hot water only.
Breakfast until 9:30 am - too early, we could not sleep longer.
In general, the price-quality relation is bad. If I paid $100 per night, it would be ok. But i paid $130 - I expected much better service but in reality the service fits a cheaper hotel."

"Very much older property and it shows. Renovations have been done but cheaply. The carpet in the room had mud stains. The bathroom faucet would shoot out water from the sides of handle if you turned it to much. The tv only had about 15 channels cause the rest were locked and was told management only pays for a few channels. The breakfast is terrible. The hot water had to run for at least 15-20 mins to be hot.
