The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and comfortable, but the master suite was everything! 😍
The staff was amazing, and the property manager was especially welcoming and friendly. You truly feel taken care of from the moment you arrive.

"The airport mentioned that is close to this hotel is not the main international airport. Check in was smooth, our room was ready at 3 pm. We stayed in the reef area, 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom and full kitchen living and dining room with nice patio close to the reef pool. Steps away from the beach area but you can not really swim on the beach. It’s got a dock and to the left a possible beach area where you can swim but the seaweed was so bad no one was swimming there. "Staff was nice & helpful. Room was clean and spacious like a big studio. Looked Just like the pictures. Location was not bad, theres parking on the property so if you're driving i think its good. I walked to some places & took cabs. The spots to go out at night are much closer to this area vs. The hotels all the way down by the port. However this area is more so in the neighborhood. At night everyone is out running so it felt safe walking to nearby areas since its a quiet area."
