"Amazing property! A little deceiving when they say they are on the beach because it’s not on the beach like the Kimpton but easy enough to walk across to and the beach club is amazing!! Rooftop restaurant was 5 stars for food and view! Great price for the trip. Would definitely come back!"

When I travel, I appreciate a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and this experience did not disappoint. What truly made our stay memorable was the customer service. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, the hospitality was outstanding. A special thank you to Elle(restaurant), who was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. There were several others who also left a lasting impression, and we would be remiss not to mention Nancy, Illi, Sheryl, and the rest of the team who helped make our experience so pleasant. "Very nice property; I wouldn't bring kids here since there is nothing really for them to do. Food was good but not great but there are many options near the hotel. Our room was a bit small and we had to request a nicer room than initially provided since we had no view. But the staff accommodated us so it worked out."

Conveniently located directly across from Kirk Freeport and only about 10 minutes from the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, the hotel offers a perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. As a newly opened property, everything felt fresh, modern, and impeccably maintained. My room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly plush and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. What truly sets ONE GT apart is its outstanding staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The valet staff offered fantastic recommendations for both local favorites and upscale dining experiences. The front desk team was attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was kind and thoughtful, and the restaurant team was consistently friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, making it a great choice for travelers looking to unwind. I highly recommend ONE GT Grand Cayman to anyone visiting the island. My only suggestion is to consider renting a car, as the hotel is located downtown rather than directly on the beach. That wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if beachfront access is your top priority. Overall, ONE GT delivered a phenomenal experience, and I would gladly stay there again."
