I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere. "Stayed for a couple of weeks whilst our house was rewired. Nice part of the world, comfortable accommodation, wasn't rushing to go home. Though I live in Worcester it was nice to explore this part of the county. "

"We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days. "
