"Great place with great people. Location is perfect. Food is decent but not spectacular. They don’t heat the jacuzzi which is a bummer but overall I still give this hotel a 10 for San Andres"

"Breakfast was not really a breakfast it was an apple and a slice of bread but limited amount so if you woke up past 8am you were cooked"

"Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. "The workers, staff. These people were awesome! I would have like to have had the breakfast facility open longer as a brunch type. As a reflection of San Andrés. If you stay up late, you’re gonna get up late so if the food court would stay open, it would be perfect!!!"

"Great property, staff they have access to everything “Mulita” and all the tours you need, Jose at the front desk was super helpful and Javier is the man to get you all the attractions you need. Great restaurant and location you’d rather stay there and get a Mulita for at least 24 hours so you can see the entire island. Room are on the small side but the views are worthy and technically you only will go to sleep there. We are already to go back there"

"The room clearly needed someone to say - hey maybe we should clean the mildew off of the bathroom faucet and the shower drain. Toilet seat not on tightly kept moving around and the toilet paper holder kept falling off not on tight. It was funny because one of the owners was there evaluating the hotel and was talking pictures on my floor. Take a look at room 420 and you’ll see what I mean."

Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. "Mentre ci recavamo all'albergo, siamo stati fermati dalla polizia, che ci chiedeva dove eravamo diretti. Dopo di che ci fa fatto salire sul loro furgone dato che eravamo in una zona poco sicura , allo stesso tempo ci ha sconsigliato di soggiornare in quella zona ritenendola pericolosa per i turisti. "Staff was fantastic. Rented a moped from a friend of front desk girl and it was a game changer! $45/day gave us independence and mobility to do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. Azure is north of the airport which gave us quiet nights and a sense that we weren’t in an urban area while still being only a 5 min ride to everything"
