"The staff was so courteous! William the bartender was amazing! The wedding we attended at San Simon was so beautiful! The food…I can’t say enough good things. We didnt have anything that wasn’t cooked to perfection! We stayed for 7 days and would definitely return! Everything was very clean and well kept! The pool by our room was being repaired, and that was disappointing, but it was nearly finished when we left. We still had the beautiful beach and the pool was always perfect. Bonus..Demera?...

"This is wonderful for what it is, a rustic beach stay. Pros: The location is amazing. The staff were amazing! Loved to secluded feel and enjoyed the hammocks and watching the humming birds. Walk to everything in just a few minutes. What it is not: This is not a resort with luxury linens and a polished feel.
