"The room is clean house keeping do clean it every day with fresh towels and bottles of water. Staff are very friendly, professional, and very accommodating to the hotel quests. Breakfast has plenty of selection of food and drinks."

"The hotel is new which means the amenities are also new. The room is nice and i love it. We had breakfast included and it was worth it. And the location is right next to the mall. We dont have to go to another mall unless you want to go to other malls. We have everything that we need inside the mall. The hotel staff are very friendly and chatty. Check in and check out wont take more than 5 mins."

"We've stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet is really great. But make sure that you go to breakfast early because it gets super busy after 8am. Also, for some odd reason, this time (and several other times) I reserved a king-sized bed, but they have not had it when i checked in. Each time, they give us a room with 2 singles, which is less nice for obvious reasons. I'm guessing that king or queen sized beds are rare here?"

"Loved our stay. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Everything we needed was a call away. The rooms were so clean and spacious. There is a dedicated mall entrance connected by a walkway through the main lobby. We booked a massage, and while they don’t have a dedicated massage parlor, having them come to our room to massage us on the bed was very nice. Family visited us during the morning and they let two of the kids eat breakfast at no extra charge. The pool was always empty which was a plus. Overall we had a great stay and would absolutely stay again."

"Room was clean and dust-free. Kudos to Kuya Leo servicing Level 9. Breakfast at Manuel provided a variety throughout our 8-day stay. Didn’t feel that the price commensurated with what was offered though. Reception was stellar and service everywhere in the hotel. Gym is probably one of the best in the area!"
