Honestly, the hotel pictures posted in the site are older than the current state of the hotel since we have renovated last 2012. Our hotel is a budget hotel that caters travelers on budget. We were very transparent on the rates and inclusives we have at the hotel. Unfortunately, we have not met your standards. Comparing us with hotels in Japan and the rate you paid us is not even close to comparison. For your room assignment, it was our lapses that we failed to give you your room request as much as we want to but we are 100% fully booked. Unfortunately you turned down our offer to transfer you the next day and you chose to stay in the same room. We have done our thorough investigation, Toilet paper and soap were given to your room assigned. We hope that you address your concerns during your stay so we can address it one by one.
