Eventually, Our hotel entrance lobby is air conditioned its just happened that it will be scheduled to turn off during night time as we let the fresh air enter inside. For staff work performance, as we have investigated the incident, we found out that we're having technical issues that time and our sincere apologies that staff weren't able to anticipate what would be the best ways to do. In hotel amenities concern,everything has been provided/set up inside the room. However , this will be noted. Your feedback is extremely give us courage to do more for guest's satisfaction.
