"The building was clean, the room was decent, the breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast with lots of options and the coffee was actually good. The staff were all friendly. Check in and out was simple. The outside doors lock at night requiring your room key to get in, which I thought was a nice feature to feel safe. "I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone.
The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."
