"I reserved and paid ahead for a 2 QN bed ada accessible room (for 3 guests) only to be told at check in that they had us listed for a King room. The clerk then said they over sold our room type. I double checked my reservation and it clearly showed 2QN, Ada. The clerk switched us to a 2QN but not Ada. I'm sure she could tell I was not going to accept a King. After a long day of driving I was not happy with the issue experienced. "

"The Drury chain of hotels have always impressed us when traveling. This property was clean, well maintained, and the staff all are genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast and the evening cocktail and dinner amenity is one of the reasons we continuously stay at these hotels, and this one did not disappoint. "Over all the hotel was quite nice, but I did have a few problems. The water pressure in the shower was weak and there was no body wash in the dispenser the first night I stayed there. Also the lights over the bed were out of my reach as they are designed for tall people not women of 5'4" with short arms. Everything else was fine. Good location next to nice restaurants and overall nice room, comfortable bed, quiet night's rest"
