"The pool was actually quite small. I had a room with a tub with jets, but the jets didn't work, and there were no cups, which would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a good stay, and the staff were very helpful a couple of times.The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was good, but noisy as usual."

"While the property and our room were clean , and its location suited our needs, we found that our toilet was not operating properly. We notified the hotel and were told there was no to see to the repair and they hotel was fully booked. So we had to use the facilities outside our room down the hall. Upon check out next we again reminded them if the toilet situation. They told us again it would be 9 am before someone could se to it. We were already checking out. No accommodation or adjustment to...

"Ridiculous $25 mandatory parking fee. Overpriced moderate quality breakfast. $6 "entrapment fee" for water in the room. None of these up charges were clear when booking the room. Look elsewhere."

"The staff at Springhill Suites are the best. Always happy to help. Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers."
